CHOCOLATE!

Can you tell Enoch is very excited about chocolate cake. Both he an Elijah Love Chocolate. Earlier in the day before I even started making the cakes Elijah was saying "Want Chocolate. Want Chocolate!"
"Look Mommy it's doggies."
Notice the little hand at the bottom of the picture. That would be Enoch. He was never far from the cakes once they were on the table.
Here is Elijah's. He's my dirt boy. He loves to play in the dirt. He also loves toy cars. In fact he loves to have as many Hot wheels cars in his hands as humanly possible, And if someone else has a car he NEEDS to have that one too.

Enoch loves Dogs. If there is one anywhere in he is instantly drawn to it. Which is kind of funny because Elijah is terrified of real dogs. He doesn't mind pictures and toys, but if a real one gets near him or barks in the neighborhood he cries. Just another way that our boys are completely opposite.

ooo... FIRE! Everyone is held in suspense as the candles are lit. If you notice both boys are now shirtless. It's taken almost eight years of parenting to learn that it's just better to jettison the shirts when it comes to chocolate cake. Even the biggest bib never seems to keep the shirt clean so we took off their cute coordinating birthday shirts so they would actually be able to wear them after this.
"Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday Enoch and Elijah. Happy birthday to you!"
"Aw man how come only one of them went out."
Yeah he finally got to take off the dog.
Yum!
Enoch's had cookies around the bottom. Yummy!
The Chocolate was a family hit.
My double blessings with their double chocolate cakes. Two times two = too much fun. We really had a good time with the cakes, and I have to say these were the best chocolate cakes that I have ever made. One tasted kind of like a brownie and the other more like chocolate cheese cake. Yeah me I can finally bake.:) (p.s. both cakes were egg free since Elijah has allergies. I'm so proud of me.)
