Valentines

Look at my beautiful valentines. Can you tell that they're excited about their chocolate cake. My kids don't get cake that often because we have to make egg free and limited milk product cake. It takes extra time so we usually only have it on birthdays, but I decided to surprise them for valentines. The cake was fabulous since I was able to add a small amount of milk product. Trey's milk allergy has not been as prominent so we have been adding very small amounts back into his diet. It's amazing what real margarine (as opposed to vegan) can do for a cake. My next goal is to get him to where we can have real butter. I don't know if we'll ever get there but we can hope. :)
